Welcome Federal Directors and Agency Heads!

"Although each executive agency and its field organization have a special mission, there are many matters on which the work of the departments converge. Among them are management and budgetary procedures, personnel policies, recruitment efforts, office information duties, and similar matters. There are opportunities to pool experience and resources, and to accomplish savings. In substantive programs there are also opportunities for a more closely coordinated approach in many activities."  - John F. Kennedy

All Federal Directors and Agency heads are welcome to become a part of the Phoenix Federal Executive Association! Contact us via e-mail or call 602-431-8930 x211 to show your interest and support! We look forward to having you join our growing group of Federal Directors.  Thank you!
-Chester V. Bailey, President - Phoenix FEA

FEATURED AGENCY

The center has been operated by Rescare for the Department of Labor for the past 35 years and provides career training for students aged 16 to 22.   Training includes carpentry, electrical, concrete, painting, computers, administrative, security and building management.  The Job Corps can establish working partnerships with public sector organizations to have their students perform supervised “training” projects using these skills at their facilities which could result in significant savings to Federal agencies.
